Leslie is a seasoned management consulting and business development (BD) professional with strong leadership competence and business acumen. She is a highly successful problem-solver with a broad background in business transformation - strategic planning and financial, performance, and workforce management - at all organizational levels. She has extensive experience working with C-Level Executives, and an impressive track record of success in building businesses and exceeding revenue targets.
Leslie's broad consulting and management experiences encompass all aspects of business practice, from organizational design, business transformation, project management, enterprise processes optimization and reengineering, enterprise application implementation, and financial management and analysis. Prior to entering the consulting world in 1999, Leslie led several financial management organizations, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a high-profile, financial services organization.
